The neurosis I buried

Beneath the surface, I carry

The weight of every transgression

My marrow shattered by tension

A sight of absolution before me

The sky above alight by the stars and the moons

Consumed

By the light in the distance

Shining bright in my visions

I claw through dirt as I struggle

To reach the end of the tunnel

Wounds crying for the grave

My soul and my spirit depraved

Of the void and it’s embrace

And the silence that I crave

Now let this vessel be destroyed

Restore my consciousness to the void
