Circling blackout out- and inside,

I feel like being sick and scared

Pale and hungry like the ghost, that’s

hunting through my liquid veins

A pain that’s drawing unknown symbols

on the surface of my mind

it grins and destroys all the pictures

I’d kept from you behind my eyes

I’m afraid of all the lies

feeding grief and despairation,

occupying realms you once ruled

somewhere there behind my eyes

Faces there, between the walls,

a logic that seems out of work

Wounds like oceans, tides of sorrow

I’m drowning in my lost belief

Hearts of past times beat like thunder,

a sky that bleeds a shape of you

I wish I could escape from your name,

from the death behind my eyes
