Twenty seven thousand tons on my shoulder blades

Growing up I always thought that I would have it made

I always thought that I would be this crazy rap guy

That traveled around the world, twenty four hours I would stay high

And no matter what happens I go to keep pushing

Past barriers that will block me and the dreams I am pursuing

I remember sitting silent, I was staring at the blank paper

My mind was racing but I’d put it off until later

I know there’s light at the end of this tunnel

But I’m running so fast I’m afraid I might stumble

I never really knew what to expect

I’m getting tired of doing all the same shit

On the daily I slay dragons, go to Europe on a day trip

It’s amazing, I’m getting really old

Another day passes and I’m still doing nothing
