Blood fiends turn on themselves

Murdering each other

Until one is left standing

Eating the last cadavers

There’s nothing left to eat

Starving to death

He must eat himself

He starts chopping off his own fucking arm

The meat gets him through the week

With one arm and a butcher knife

His torso gets diced

Devour the liver, pancrease and kidneys

Washing it down with purulent urine

Laying there almost dead, Soon he will be just a head

He feeds himself his own skin, Pulling it with his teeth

As he rips it off his torso, All his organs have been eaten

He sucks down the intestines, Now he’s nothing but a head

Eating his tongue

Chewing off the skin on his face

Takes one more bite

And dies in the desert
