When you’re born in misery

You’re poor, you’re nothing

Submit and shut up, just ascent

As that’s god’s will and he knows

What he’s doing

You deserve it, no doubt

On a christian church

You won’t find any loser

Only the wealthy

And the privileged ones

That’s the almighty’s wish

Rich become god’s servants

Poor become god’s victims

That’s what he wants

That’s what the church needs

So if you’re vulgar

And you’re nothing

God doesn’t care if you believe

'Cause the church doesn’t need the useless

Useful disciples pay

And learn how to believe

God’s home is so cosy
